How to Set the Distance Spacing in Microsoft Word

Couch ModePrint It

Spacing is meant here is the spacing between lines in a text or paragraphs. The larger spaces, the distance between lines of text above and below it will be bigger. By default Microsoft Word sets the space with a space the size 1 (single). We can adjust the spacing to 1.5 or double (2). However, we are still able to set their own spacing we want, just as 1.3; 1.7; or the other.

To adjust the spacing in MS Word, which is the following:
1. Before writing in worksheet, we can immediately adjust the spacing. Or it could be typed first and then a new set distance spaces, of course, before the set distance spaces, typing should be blocked first.
2. Click the Home menu and then select the arrow at the bottom right corner of the Paragraph group menu.

3. Click the Indents and Spacing tab, click on the Line Spacing option button next to the dropdown single posts.
4. Choose one of the options available space single, 1.5 or double.

5. If you want the space itself, then after pressing the dropdown select multiple options.
6. At his right side there is a choice. And fill as you want, eg, spaced 1.3; 1.7; 2.2 or the other.

7. Click OK.

Another way of typing spacing is set by pressing the command line and paragraph spacing is at paragraph group menu, then select a desired space or select options to adjust the line spacing spacing liking as the above step.

There's another quick way to set the spacing posts in MS Word, namely:
Ctrl + 1 to 1 spacing
Ctrl + 5 for spacing of 1.5
Ctrl + 2 for double spacing (2)

Thanks... ^_^
