How to Change the Background Color in Microsoft Word 2010

By default the base color (background) worksheet in Microsoft Word is white. The white base color can be changed to red, blue, purple, yellow, green or other colors according to their likes. By changing the base color, the display will also turn out to be the result of a more artistic. It can be changed to another color, background worksheet even this can be turned into an image. In other words, we can change the background image into MS Word.

To change the background in MS Word can follow the steps as follows :

A. Changing the color of a worksheet into another color, Open MS Word 2010
     1. Create a new worksheet by pressing Ctrl + N
     2. Click the Page Layout
     3. Click the Page Color in the Page Background group
     4. Select the appropriate color preferences or desired


B. Changing the background into the picture :
    1. Open MS Word 2010
    2. Create a new worksheet by pressing Ctrl + N
    3. Click the Page Layout
    4. Click the Page Color in the Page Background group.
    5. Select the Fill Effects
    6. In the window that appears select the Picture tab
    7. Click Select Picture
    8. Browse to where you saved the image layout Click Open and OK


Now the display background MS Word you have changed color or become images.

If you want to print the background, try to go to:
Office button >> Word Options >> Display >> Printing Options
then check the option : Print Background Colors and Images
